Complaints Process
If, despite our best efforts, you have a complaint, please let us know by emailing mail@banksywebshop.com. Include your contact details and order number (if applicable) in your message so we can assist you promptly. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via the WebwinkelKeur disputes committee. You can file a complaint through their website.
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
